Each villa features direct access to gardens from all rooms, fostering a sense of openness and connection to the lush surroundings. The layout maximizes private outdoor spaces while ensuring ease of movement within the site. Strategic placement of the villas enhances accessibility, with each unit including a dedicated parking area featuring four spaces—two open and two covered—situated conveniently next to the entrances.
Access to the villas is facilitated by a cohesive axis that connects to the main entrance of the site, creating a seamless flow throughout the community. The backyards are designed as personalized retreats, complete with swimming pools and terraces that open into the living spaces, providing private areas for relaxation and leisure.
In the first floor layout, a winter garden can be accessed from both the kitchen and living areas, creating a versatile space for year-round enjoyment. The architectural design of Marus İncek Konakları features a dynamic interplay of horizontal and vertical forms, resulting in an engaging aesthetic that embodies movement. Although the project is primarily low-rise, the staggered roofs contribute to a varied skyline, enhancing visual interest.
The second floor sees a portion of the mass elevate, accommodating two additional bedrooms and balconies that extend the living space outdoors. The material palette includes ceramic and stone walls, with stone being a predominant feature that enhances both the interior and exterior design. This thoughtful material selection not only strengthens the architectural narrative but also connects the structures to the surrounding landscape.
Marus İncek Konakları aims to create expansive living environments with minimal materials, focusing on the integration of everyday life and community interaction. The layered design of the eaves enriches the façade, optimizing daylight penetration into the terraces and adjacent living areas, ensuring a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The project is a response to the growing demand for luxurious yet sustainable living in urban settings. By prioritizing functionality, aesthetic appeal, and a strong connection to nature, Marus İncek Konakları represents a contemporary approach to residential architecture. It stands as a testament to innovative design principles that prioritize the well-being of its inhabitants while enhancing the surrounding environment. In conclusion, Marus İncek Konakları is not just a residential development; it embodies a lifestyle that cherishes both privacy and community, offering an ideal setting for a relaxed yet vibrant living experience.
