River Line consists of two buildings connected functionally and visually. The investment is located in Krakow in Wola Justowska near Błonia. The buildings have four above-ground storeys and one underground. On the underground floor there are technical rooms, utility rooms and garages. The above-ground parts of the buildings are entirely intended for residential purposes. From the street side there is the main entrance to the development area through the lobby. The buildings and the accompanying construction equipment have been designed in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and meet the requirements for structural safety, fire safety, appropriate hygienic and health conditions and environmental protection, protection against noise and vibration, appropriate energy performance of the building and rationalization of energy use, using pro-ecological solutions such as heat pumps.
