Planning Innovation: Three-Dimensional Urban Fabric
The project achieves efficient land development with a plot ratio of 4.5. It adopts the “high in the West, low in the East, arranged in one line” strategy for spatial layout. Through three scattered towers, it reshapes the regional urban skyline, builds a transparent, open urban landscape corridor, and improves overall spatial quality. Organically connect office, residential and ecological scenes, realize natural connection with the urban science corridor, and focus on creating an urban balcony full of ecological flavor and vitality.
Eastern Residences: Two point style residential towers stand facing east, based on a north-south transparent panel design and complemented by a 270 ° panoramic view, seamlessly introducing the lush greenery of the Science Park into the interior; The exterior walls of the tower are extensively made of silver white aluminum panels, with horizontal lines trimmed with aluminum panels and locally decorated with paint, balancing image and quality.
Seamless Integration: 7,500㎡ retail and 4,560㎡ public facilities form a 10-minute livable circle, linking work, life, and nature.

Combining the site’s characteristics to enrich height differences and create efficient, humanized transportation. By organically linking various functional modules and arranging year-round spaces for all age groups to meet the public’s diverse living needs, and in line with the site’s technological and cultural attributes, it creates an open block with intelligent light-sensing art installations.
