Strategically positioned along Guangzhou’s second central axis, the project is just minutes from Zhujiang New Town, Pazhou, and the municipal government district. The site offers front-row river views, proximity to top-tier education by Guangzhou No.5 Middle School, and a rare 25,000 sqm parkland weaving nature through and around the community. It’s a low-density, riverside residential enclave within the fast-evolving Haizhuwan area.

II. Visionary Design Collaboration
Bringing together four acclaimed design studios — TIANHUA (Shenzhen), B.L.U.E. Architecture, Dosen Design, and Matrix Design — the project merges oriental aesthetics with contemporary architecture to redefine “Modern Form, Eastern Spirit.”
III. A Modern Cultural Oasis
Inspired by traditional Chinese spatial narratives, the landscape unfolds through a ceremonial belt, axial planning, layered courtyards, and six immersive garden zones, crafting a refined journey of discovery and serenity.
IV. What You See Is What You Get — Full-Scale Built Experience
From the banyan-tree plaza and floral walkways to a 50-meter hotel-style entrance inspired by Aman resorts, the site features all core scenes in reality — including an all-weather arcade and flexible clubhouses for social, fitness, and family use — providing a fully realized vision for future living.
V. New Generation Product Efficiency
Designed with precision, each layout delivers over 110% practical use through smart space planning and optimized bonus areas tailored to daily living.
VI. Localized Design that Speaks to the City
Rooted in an intimate understanding of Guangzhou residents’ needs, the project simplifies functional design language to resonate with the lifestyle of old-city dwellers.
VII. Sculptural Architecture and Cultural Fusion
Main Entrance:
A grand gateway draws from both Lingnan traditions and Western classical language, creating a South Sea-inspired presence. Symmetrical composition, arch colonnades, and layered ceremonial spaces guide residents through a hotel-grade drop-off, a sunlit courtyard, and landscaped lobbies — enriching each arrival with ritual and rhythm.
Retail Frontage:
Reimagining Cantonese arcade architecture with terracotta textures and vintage hues, the commercial podiums blend nostalgia with contemporary detailing. Rhythmic canopies and intricate cornices enhance walkability and community intimacy, softening the scale and energizing the street life.
VIII. Premium Living, Expertly Managed Powered by Greentown’s E.0 concierge-level services, the project sets a new standard for refined, service-oriented residential life.
