Miami-based firm Ytech, led by CEO Yamal Yidios, took on the task of revitalizing the historic Nolan House to honor its impact on its surrounding cityscape and showcase the firm’s dedication to providing exceptional living experiences. Built in 1926, Nolan House is a mansion featuring traditional neoclassical design and is one of the few remnants from Miami’s iconic “Millionaire’s Row.” To transform this noteworthy local treasure into a lasting landmark, Ytech invested $20 million to both restore the exterior facade and renovate its interior. Nolan House is now home to The Residences at 1428 Brickell’s sales gallery, an innovative space that seamlessly blends Miami’s history with its future, with interiors by world-renowned firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.

ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and the construction team behind the sales gallery at Nolan House were tasked with preserving the historic elements that make Nolan House a treasured property for Miami’s Brickell neighborhood while simultaneously creating a modern and immersive sales gallery experience for the prospective buyers of The Residences at 1428 Brickell.
Guests are first welcomed to the luxurious private estate with a museum-like experience on the ground level. The exhibition helps guests understand the significance and impact of the project through an innovative suspended model of the city of Miami, an ultra-high definition 180-degree cinema room, a series of interactive displays on the visionaries, philosophies, artists, and craftsmen, and innovation behind the project, and a scale model of the building where they can visualize the architecture and amenities.
The tour continues on the second level where guests will be able to walk through the gallery’s pièce de résistance, the “Home,” a stunning and realistic representation of the design and craftsmanship of a residence where they can understand the fit, finish, and lifestyle possible at the property, including views. The “Home” features a 150 linear foot LED screen to showcase views from various levels from sunrise to sunset, a Rimadesio glass-enclosed Arclinea kitchen, an expansive great room, solid oak closet, and a primary bathroom featuring dual vanities and a spa-like wet area. The masterfully designed space showcases the same materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail which will appear in the completed tower and was hand-selected by Ytech’s highly skilled design team. Sourced from and installed by premier artisans hailing from across the globe, the materials include glass and flooring from Spain as well as limestone, marble, travertine, and a model Arclinea kitchen crafted in Italy. The 150-linear-foot screen wraps around the model unit, delivering a realistic view of the breathtaking city skyline and water views residents will enjoy from their future homes.
The Residences at 1428 Brickell’s sales gallery at Nolan House showcases the innovations in luxury residences and the evolution of architectural design from the early days of Miami to now.
