Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, the two towers showcase residences that have been thoughtfully designed with resident experience in mind. The Beach Tower offers a prime location on the pristine sands of Pompano Beach, with floorplans ranging in size from one to five bedrooms and spanning from 1,309 to over 6,824 square feet. The Marina Tower provides an equally stunning intracoastal experience just across the street with floorplans ranging in size from one to four bedrooms, spanning 898 to 3,947 square feet. Each tower highlights fully-finished residences with spacious floorplans boasting ocean and intracoastal views, Italian-designed kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, laundry rooms with full-size washer and dryer, walk-in closets in all primary bedrooms, and service quarters in select residences. Penthouses feature lush garden terraces, a luxurious private pool, a summer kitchen, and stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
This sophisticated lifestyle-driven development features lavish interiors and landscape design by world-renowned designer Piero Lissoni. The interior design of the towers is intended to cultivate a welcoming and intimate environment inspired by the nautical world. Both towers champion contemporary design expressed through natural materials while maintaining a unique, individual atmosphere crafted to emulate their nearest bodies of water and sport a cohesive exterior character. Reflecting these differences, in the Beach Tower the connection and dialogue with the ocean are amplified right from the entrance by the presence of large pools that flank the approach to the reception along with a contemporary design that features light colors with touches of rich blue. In contrast, in the Marina Tower the hues are slightly darker and bring to mind the colors found in the Intracoastal waterway. The landscape design is closely tied to the locality and highlights exotic native species that call to mind the forms of desert dunes.
The Residences will offer an expansive array of over 35,000 square feet of curated amenity space. Amenities include a Yacht Club with a private resident marina, an oceanfront Beach Club, sports courts, tropical pool decks, indoor-outdoor social areas, on-premise dining, and much more to further enhance the overall living experience. The property will also include Guest Suites available exclusively for friends and family of residents with access to services and amenities.
