We approached the project with the intent to design a space that feels elegant yet distinctly modern, an environment that reflects TWE’s values of quality, integrity and excellence.Natural materials such as native hardwood, sintered stone and fluted glass establish warmth and texture, while a palette of soft neutrals accented by deep red tones subtly reference the brand’s heritage. Each element was carefully composed to express elegance without excess, balancing function, comfort and identity.

We designed the waiting lounge to immerse guests in the TWE story from the moment they arrive. An expansive video wall showcases vineyard landscapes and brand narratives, framed by textured wall finishes and muted tones. Soft upholstered seating and ambient lighting elevate comfort, while a custom display wall presents TWE’s iconic wine portfolio, a sensory journey through the brand’s global collection. This space embodies TWE’s dedication to craftsmanship, innovation and storytelling.

At the heart of the office, we designed a statement bar that celebrates connection and shared experience. A rich burgundy backdrop frames signature bottles and decanters, softly illuminated by pendant lighting that evokes the intimacy of a private tasting. This central hub brings people together for casual gatherings, client hosting and moments of celebration, reinforcing the sense of community that defines TWE’s culture. Adjacent to the bar, a café-style lounge offers versatility and warmth, filled with natural light and framed by timber andtextured surfaces.

The executive boardroom, meanwhile, was crafted for clarity and presence, anchored by a bespoke timber table, integrated AV systems and sculptural acoustic ceiling elements that enhance focus and conversation. Nearby, smaller meeting rooms balance intimacy and agility, each one crafted to encourage open dialogue and focused collaboration.

This project was about more than creating an office; it was about crafting a spatial experience that reflects TWE’s enduring values—heritage, innovation, and connection. The result is a space that embodies heritage with modern confidence, designed to bring people together through experience, story, and design.
