The proposal Pekna vyhliadka offers a concept of two detached apartment buildings which are connected by the public facilities on the ground floor and share the underground parking areas. The distinctive steel pergola with the corten cladding has been designed to architecturally highlight the first floor public space and simultaneously it provides the necessary shading and protects from overheating the shopping facilities. Above the pergola, there are apartments with roof terraces and front gardens.

Generous cantilevered balconies on the above floors provide the space for the vertical gardens to create the concept of the vertical terrace houses.
The roof of the ground floor is designed in the form of walkable green roofs – terraces with landscaping of front gardens
and a semi-public common garden. In the second stage of the project, on the 10th floor, there is a common observation terrace with landscaping, which offers beautiful 360-degree views.
The terrain on the west side along the sidewalk has been transformed into an exterior staircase with landscaping, which connects the terrain of the entrance floor with a common roof garden terrace above the ground floor, thus creating a vertical public space.
The building was awarded in the prestigious competition ASB – DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR 2020, where the developer won 2nd place in the category of residential buildings for this building. Professionaly, this award was covered by the multinational agency JLL.
The project was also presented in the renowned ARCH magazine and as part of the international event Days of Architecture – DAAD 2020.
