The project occupies a land area of 32,656.20 square meters, with a plot ratio that yields a total construction area of 150,672 square meters. The residential buildings span 127,062 square meters (including 50,300 square meters of public housing), commercial spaces encompass 12,840 square meters, public facilities and municipal amenities cover 10,470 square meters, and a kindergarten with 12 classes spans 3,960 square meters.

The design thoughtfully incorporates the natural site conditions and maximizes the use of Lixin Lake’s scenic resources. With a focus on north-south transparency, the layout minimizes mutual obstructions, ensuring a high-quality view for as many residents as possible. Public amenities are strategically positioned near the main entrance for easy access. As a boutique residential complex in Bao’an District, the project holds significant symbolic value.

The architectural form accentuates a sense of soaring aesthetics, characterized by an iconic arc-chamfered tower crown that showcases the building’s distinctive personality. Balancing functional considerations with elegance, the facade eschews complexity and extravagance, emphasizing meticulous detailing. The exterior employs aluminum panels and coatings for rich textures and durable aesthetics. The color palette, predominantly black, white, and gray, is harmoniously united with light gray glass, presenting an upscale and elegant demeanor while contributing to the creation of a beautiful skyline for the area.
