This complex was designed to be located in the Hudson Yards Site where an existing parking lot and the High Line terminate.  This complex will consist of two towers and a lower level made up of retail, restaurants, and a winter garden atrium. The High Line will enter and become part of the complex on the lower levels.  Parking will be available below grade for the Hudson Yards and the complex itself.

The Towers will be made up of a series of ascending telescoping spiralling floors with surrounding balconies on all floors. Trees will be planted on each balcony, the roof garden, the winter garden, and along the city streets. The balconies themselves were designed like the petals of an Artichoke.  In the center of both towers will be an open atrium that telescopes up to the top floor roof garden.  At the top of both towers will be an outdoor garden with a super structure that resembles a blooming Artichoke.

The structure itself will be powered by solar fenestration and wind turbines on the roof garden.

Proposed Location: Hudson Yards (A Repurposed Site), New York, NY.

Proposed Address:  A site bordered by West 33 rd Street, West 34 th Street, and 12 th Avenue.

Building Height: 2,300 Feet –  Residential Tower (144 Stories), Office Tower (76 Stories), Retail, Restaurant, and Winter Garden Atrium (3 Stories). This complex will become the tallest structure in New York City.
