The structure of light concrete and steel has given to the building an exceptional seismic resistance for 9 magnitude earthquakes. Locating on the top of the canyon, tenants are given best living conditions for urban life, including fresh air, silence, and constant breeze that comes from the canyon. Large balconies and terraces are meant to make people enjoy the panoramic view of the city and mount Ararat which is a crucial factor for local people. Being close with nature and green, Avnik is convenient enough for living full urban life, being located in few miles from Yerevan downtown.
Avnik is also aimed to have all necessary amenities for its tenants.
