The project aims to transform residences from “passive living spaces” into “active service carriers”, break the attribute of static “containers”, build an “intelligent living entity” that can perceive, think, learn and adapt, and realize a qualitative leap in living experience and optimization of resource utilization efficiency.
For community transportation, an autonomous driving three-dimensional parking garage is adopted to connect with the urban transportation system, combined with intelligent connection spaces and UAV connection. This not only reduces construction costs and improves parking efficiency, but also turns the space outside the garage into an open community park. Centered on the whole-house AI intelligent system, smart logistics features innovative robotic passages and indoor logistics receiving warehouses connecting underground logistics with the urban Internet of Things. Two household access modes avoid the interference of humans and robots taking elevators together, adapting to the fast-paced life.
The architectural design is adapted to the climate of Guangxi and the ASEAN region, upgrading the concept of the fourth-generation residence. It features two elevators for two households with exclusive elevator access to each household, and a public leisure platform on every two floors. An approximately 50-square-meter sky garden connects to the living room, realizing a “garden for every household”. The 6.2-meter double-height dining and living room enhances lighting and spatial sense. Relying on prefabricated technology, it adopts “modular combination and flexible change” to meet the full-life-cycle living needs from single young people to multi-generational families and the elderly, truly achieving “one residence for a lifetime of living”.
