The ensemble of 14 houses is based on a contrasting mix of shades, materials, and textures — every side of them looks beautiful, even the “inside out.” For residents, stylish grand lobbies have been created with ceiling heights from 5 to 6.6 meters and large windows that bring in plenty of light and air. The through-spaces allow residents to step out either into their private green park or directly into the city. The entrance to the lobby is at ground level, which is convenient for parents with strollers, as well as children on bicycles and scooters.
Each lobby in Tishinskiy bulvar has its own accent color, creating a unique atmosphere: orange for the houses of the Rowan Courtyard, burgundy for those of the Maple Courtyard, and green for the Willow Courtyard. The finishing materials provide dynamic texture and a play of diverse shades. The lobby floors are made of natural marble; the ceilings are constructed from drywall and metal. The walls are made of glass-fiber gypsum panels, metal, decorative plaster, and colored and gradient glass.
The lobby spaces are suitable for welcoming guests or enjoying a cup of coffee. There is a reception area with a concierge, a comfortable waiting area with soft seating, storage rooms for strollers and bicycles, a mailbox area, and guest restrooms. The lobbies feature supply-and-exhaust ventilation and air conditioning, ensuring residents and their guests enjoy a comfortable temperature any season.
All spaces of the houses in the quarter are perfect: floors, lift lobbies, parking, stroller rooms, and storage rooms are finished in a single style. The infrastructure spaces also look elegant and are thought out down to the smallest detail. A spacious club lounge with a terrace for residents to relax and communicate, a kids’ playroom, and a fitness area with a 25-meter pool and spa zone are all designed in calming tones that refer back to the theme of nature. The interior elements continue the overall landscape and design concept of Tishinskiy bulvar.
