The whole space has a clever layout of “one garden and three halls”, which follows the paths in the garden and lands in the forecourt. In the courtyard, the “four waters return to the hall” in the form of a compound, implying that the wealth of the four directions converges into the walled mansion, continuing the symmetrical beauty inherited from the bones of Chinese culture.

As a part of the transition of space atmosphere, the hall reproduces the space form of “both ancient and new” in the form of artistic expression, so that the space function and aesthetics can be combined in an orderly manner, thus bringing the viewer an immersive experience.
The clipped staircase is used as a vertical traffic line in the space, and the evolution of movable type printing is evoked in a figurative way, bringing to the surface the fullness of emotions created by words, presenting an “ancient and new” spatial experience.
With the advantage of floor height, the sand table area adopts the word “Yue” as a super symbol to render the space from the ceiling to the wall halo suspended in the outer edge of the metal panels, tracing the order of the word “Yue”, and the light film in the shape of the windowpaper projects the spirit and emotion of the building, pushing the spatial experience to the top.
