This new project is a public facility located in a rapidly developing area of New Taipei City. Situated near an MRT station, it provides easy access to the city. The facility is part of a residential complex and is designed to seamlessly integrate with the urban landscape, fostering a dialogue with its surroundings.
The design concept focuses on creating fluid spaces that guide movement and draw attention to key areas such as the entrance lobby, communal walls, and the standout 23rd and 24th floors, which feature rooftop public areas. These spaces reflect the city’s energetic history and ongoing expansion, encouraging engagement with the natural environment.

The building’s entrance showcases a waterfall feature that promotes microclimate circulation, adding visual appeal and functional comfort. The lobby features 3D curved structures with metal and stone-paint finishes, complemented by a custom glazed chandelier that enhances the dynamic atmosphere. The careful selection of materials and finishes ensures a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality.
Functionally, the building’s standard flooring mimics the motion of flowing water, creating a sense of movement and fluidity throughout the space. The 23rd floor is designed with wellness in mind, offering a state-of-the-art gym and a serene yoga space with stunning views. The ceiling above is transformed into a shallow pool, allowing natural light to permeate the space and create a calm and soothing ambiance. This innovative feature not only enhances the visual appeal but also provides energy savings and reduces heat, contributing to the project’s overall sustainability.
Moving up to the 24th floor, a see-through pool offers captivating views into the gym area, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces and enhancing a sense of openness. The rooftop garden, complete with an outdoor bar and blue LED lighting, adds vibrancy and liveliness to the outdoor atmosphere, making it an engaging and enjoyable space for residents and visitors alike.
