The Hengmei is located in the bustling city of Chengdu. It is a tailored aesthetic facility that integrates health conditioning, facial care, and light medical services. The center’s layout design captures the structural features, creating a spatial form that resonates with the building’s inherent characteristics. Curved surfaces are used for horizontal and vertical reorganization, subtly defining functional spaces with blurred boundaries. The curved partitions at the entrance contribute to a cohesive and fluid experience as one transitions through the space.

The design begins with the spatial outline, analyzing and extending the perception of space and its functional configuration from a macro to a micro perspective. This approach aims to balance maximizing spatial functionality and enhancing user experience within a limited area. The compact, fishbone-style structure of space helps to guide and extend interior circulation while adding a dramatic sense of space. A clean and bright environment is crafted through thoughtful connections between various areas using color, texture, and material variations. While the space is unified and coherent, each section retains its unique characteristics. The predominantly white color palette is complemented by smart, controllable lighting, offering users a soft, customizable ambiance that enhances the overall immersive experience.
