Patio Foré reimagines the historic patio culture of Córdoba, translating the essence of the Spanish courtyard tradition into a contemporary urban residence. At the center of the design lies a private patio that organizes the home’s spatial hierarchy and frames a lifestyle where openness, privacy, and nature are intentionally balanced. This core element becomes the anchor for movement, light, and visual continuity across the four-floor residence.

The ground floor introduces a lifestyle-oriented threshold. A private garden seamlessly connects to a dedicated pet grooming room, enabling pets to return from outdoor walks without passing through interior spaces. This design gesture elevates simple convenience into a signature feature that enhances comfort for both pets and owners. Adjacent to this area, the alpha room is transformed into a private wellness suite integrating a Hinoki bath and dry sauna. With its warm material palette and controlled views, the space offers an immersive, spa-like experience rarely achievable within typical apartment environments.

On the second floor, a double-height living room and patio-facing kitchen form the social heart of the home. Soft materials and natural tones create a calm yet contemporary atmosphere, while the bedroom and dressing areas extend functional clarity and comfortable zoning.

The third floor focuses on family growth with children’s rooms, a study zone, and practical supporting spaces. Playful colors and warm textures enrich an environment suited to learning and daily routines.

The attic completes the project narrative with a cozy “secret atelier” designed for children’s creative play. The adjoining terrace extends this experience into an outdoor realm where sunlight, wind, and seasonal changes become part of everyday life—a rare sense of openness within the city. Together, these layers form a holistic residential model that integrates nature, wellness, and emotional comfort into refined urban living.
