Park X & Campus X Integration
The design unites two core strategies—Park X, which transforms four fragmented parcels into a continuous urban park, and Campus X, which arranges workspaces like an academic quad. Depressurized roadways and extended pedestrian pathways weave between green belts, courtyards, and open pavilions. This integration embeds the headquarters within Hefei’s urban fabric, fostering community vitality while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and serendipitous encounters.

Future-oriented Workplace Interiors

Each floor adopts a modular zoning system—work, meeting, recharge, collaboration—facilitated by floor-to-ceiling glazing and continuous terraces. Mobile partitions and “no-boundary” communal areas provide spatial flexibility, allowing rapid reconfiguration for project-based teams. Daylight penetration and visual connections to the park enhance occupant well-being and productivity.

Structure & Materiality
A composite steel-and-concrete frame delivers both large-span atriums and rigid cores. Exposed steel trusses define column-free communal spaces, while concrete cores anchor vertical circulation. The façade rhythm is articulated through horizontal anodized-aluminum bands and colored ceramic-glaze glass panels, balancing technological precision with a warm, human scale.

Sustainable Intelligence
Over 4,000 m² of BIPV panels seamlessly integrate photovoltaics into the roof plane, reducing operational carbon. Green roofs, ecological corridors, and the central park belt support biodiversity and passive thermal regulation. A smart building management system continuously modulates energy, water, and indoor air quality, while modular prefabrication minimizes construction waste.

Civic Engagement
Beyond its corporate function, the campus offers exhibition halls, open terraces, and flexible event spaces that invite public interaction with AI technologies. By dissolving boundaries between office and park, the headquarters transcends traditional campus typologies, emerging as a civic landmark that positions iFLYTEK as both industry innovator and community partner.
