The Sales Center of Jade Bay Zenith is like a avant-garde art museum located in the city center. The light in the lobby cascades down from the dome and is scattered layer by layer through geometric grilles. The central art installation “Flowing Years” uses translucent materials to condense the natural instantaneous changes, allowing “time” to be visualized here.

The red ceramic grille wall in the front desk reception area becomes the visual focus, and the countertop is made of natural textured marble, echoing the theme of “the power of nature” with flowing textures. The metal sculpture “Rotation” adopts a dynamic rotating posture, combined with low saturation leather seats and metal lighting fixtures, making the overall atmosphere elegant and tense.
Stepping into the infinite extension space of the long corridor’s mirrored wall, the curved surface of the metal dome wraps around the corridor in a soft and smooth posture, and the shadows of the lights reflect in a staggered manner between the mirrors. The sculpture ‘Cloud Gathering’ hangs at the end, condensing the soul of the space into a breath.
The circular dome and linear light strip form a visual focus, and the light is filtered layer by layer between the soft curved surfaces. The texture of the marble tabletop flows, reflecting the pulsation of natural mountains and waters.
The huge curved image wall provides a clear view of the urban landscape, and the technology screen and natural light together form a “virtual real fusion experience interface”. Through modular furniture, fun color blocks, and dynamic layouts, we create a social environment that is variable, aggregatable, and dispersible. The top ring light device blends soft light with spatial perception, allowing the line of sight to naturally transition between light and dark.
The red spiral staircase winds upwards in a sculptural posture, becoming the spiritual coordinates of the space. The visual center of gravity is formed by the shape of falling metal droplets, and its “sagging” corresponds to the “rising” of the spiral ladder.
Light falls from the ceiling light strip, gently covering the light orange bar counter and the soft rice gray stone surface. The illuminated words “Life of support” are suspended in the center of the space, and transparent shelves display coffee utensils and baking aromas. Each decoration presents a delicate sense of daily delicacy with delicate restraint.
