Project Mountain & Moon, situated at the foot of Purple Mountain, utilizes the native forest as its ecological foundation. It embodies the philosophy of “seclusion within the city, return to authenticity,” offering residents an escape from urban clamor and a reconnection with nature.

The core concept of the project is “the coexistence of order and freedom”.The north sector leverages adjacent urban green space to introduce a discreetly luxurious hotel-style arrival plaza. This initiates a spatial sequence connecting the drop-off courtyard, subterranean clubhouse, central water courtyard, and elevated podium structure, forming a seamless three-dimensional narrative. In the south sector, capitalizing on the site’s natural topography, the Mountain View Pavilion integrates the mountain landscape through horizontally extended viewing corridors and tiered terraces, effectively drawing the mountain into the garden.
The residential design pays homage to Villa Savoye, prioritizing lifestyle through distinct configurations: top-level Sky Villas feature 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows; mid-level Forest Residences incorporate private courtyard gardens; and ground-level Private Villas offer double-height subterranean spaces. Expansive cladding in softly luminous Venato Stone reveals restrained, deep textures under changing light conditions. Precision-crafted trimless window frames achieve minimalist elegance, while generously cantilevered terraces employ gradient-fritted glass, dissipating structural presence to create floating observatories framing Purple Mountain’s dawn and dusk vistas. Within the clubhouse, sculpted walls reconfigure spatial sequences, establishing deliberate contrasts of solid and void, mass and lightness. These flowing walls integrate seamlessly with rooftop greenery, enhancing the presentation of the fifth elevation. The material palette extends the residences’ refined elegance, accented with gilded metal panels and natural-finish Venato Stone. Meticulous detailing throughout achieves a subtle equilibrium between technical precision and organic vitality.
