The spatial narrative follows the sequence of “Ritual, Appreciation, Delight, and Enjoyment,” forming a rational and clearly layered circulation. Departing from traditional layouts, the negotiation area adopts an innovative double-sided seating configuration, shaping a series of semi-open corners reminiscent of boutique cafes. This removes the rigidity of conventional social boundaries and transforms the space into a vessel for emotions and dialogue. Nature is not merely decorative, but introduced as a “tropical jungle symphony,” creating an immersive retreat away from urban noise.
Artistic expression permeates the entire space: Zaha Hadid–inspired futuristic curves articulate the architectural framework, while James Turrell–like light interventions infuse a sense of spiritual depth. The design strikes a precise balance between exuberance and restraint, using artistic storytelling to construct subtle visual tension. Soft furnishings blend French references with island culture imagery, echoing the poetic narrative of Island Logic, envisioning a “sea without the sea” within Xi’an’s inland context, and ultimately establishing a spiritual gravity field imbued with cultural depth and artistic elevation.

本案以“城市人文艺术馆”为空间定位，旨在突破售楼中心的传统边界，为都市精英构建一处融合自然、艺术与文化的沉浸式精神场域。设计从自然、文化、艺术与创新四个维度展开，重新演绎城市度假体验，营造松弛、自在且富有生命力的氛围。
整体动线以“礼、赏、乐、享”为叙事结构，空间组织理性且层次清晰。洽谈区摒弃常规布局，创新采用双面可坐形式，围合出多个宛若咖啡馆般的半开放角落，消弭社交界限，使空间成为承载情绪与交流的灵感载体。自然并非装饰性介入，而以“热带丛林交响曲”的姿态塑造出远离城市喧嚣的沉浸体验。 艺术性贯穿其中：扎哈·哈迪德式未来主义曲线构建空间骨骼，詹姆斯·特瑞尔光影语言赋予精神深度。设计在繁与简之间保持分寸，以艺术叙事凝练视觉张力；软装融合法式与岛屿文化意象，回应《岛屿逻辑》的诗性表达，于西安这座内陆城市之中描绘出一幅无海之海的度假画卷，最终呈现一座兼具人文厚度与艺术高度的精神引力场。
