Comprising 30 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, this project relates to the interior design of the Headquarters Building. Xin Feng Ming Group is a well-established participant in textile research and development as well as manufacturing, as holder of a significant market share in China’s chemical fiber industry. For interior design in the exhibition area, the designers drew inspiration from the company’s core product, textiles.  They skillfully blended the element of silk thread by abstracting it into naturally flowing lines, seamlessly integrating it across the entire display space. The object was to showcase the unique characteristics and create a visually appealing and harmonious environment. The office area design of the Headquarters Buildings centers around the teamwork concept. The space plan prioritizes openness and fluidity, and makes trade-offs between movement and stillness to accommodate the demands of a modern, technology-driven office environment and diverse work styles. The design is intended to establish a workplace that promotes effective communication and serves the dynamic work requirements of various teams. Departing from conventional workspace norms, the designers endeavor to create an office premise that is visually cohesive and vibrant. The design team aims at developing a space that caters to the distinct needs of its users, with a focus on six key concepts: nature, health, vitality, warmth, comfort, and organization. Through this innovative design, work and life seamlessly blend into the office premise, delivering a harmonious work-life experience. In the interior design process, the design team closely aligns with the brand ethos of Xin Feng Ming and skillfully incorporated the company symbol, the “phoenix”, into the design elements. In traditional Chinese culture, the phoenix symbolizes good fortune and holds significant importance in corporate culture. The designers adeptly capture this symbol and gracefully integrate it into the interior space, particularly through the inclusion of various art installations, rendering the unique characteristics and enriching the cultural heritage of the environment.
