The building is designed with future adaptability in mind. For instance, the parking gargage features a mechanical lift that allows for increased ceiling height. This design choice enables the potential conversion of garage space into offices or versatile open areas like bowling alleys, ice skating rinks, or indoor exercise facilities down the line. Furthermore, the ground-level retail stores are currently designed for retail and dining purposes but can also be transformed into office spaces as needed.

The design of this project anticipated a demographic largely composed of young professionals, reflecting the vibrant community in the area. With a focus on community needs, the design team integrated a variety of innovative amenities, including a library and co-working, a heated resort-style pool with a sunbathing deck, an outdoor kitchen, and a lounge with rectractable movie screen.

The project offers a spacious courtyard that creates outdoor areas designed to cultivate a cohesive commumnity, encouraging tenants to interact with each other and their surroundings. Moreover, situated in a tropical climate, this project features hurricane-resistant and soundproof windows. In the event of a power outage cause by a hurricane or other factors, the building is equipped with generators to ensure continues functionality during crises.the soundproof windows contribute to a tranquil environment by minimizing urban noise and distraction. Additionally, the project includes measures to prevent water damage through a system designed to capture and redirect water to the aquifer in case of flooding.

This project embraces an environmentally conscious approach by offering residents amenities such as electric vehicle charging stations, led lighting, energy- efficient air conditioning systems, and bicycle rental stations. Each of these eco- friendly features was carefully integrated to prioritize sustainability and enhance long-term economic efficiency.
