The key idea behind the interior was to create a unique and at the same time welcoming space that provides for a smooth transition from public to private areas, while maintaining a strong connection with the overall look and feel of the quarter.
The concept of harmony and quiet luxury is reflected in every design detail. The combination of classical forms in decorative elements with the texture of natural stone contrasts with the noble shine of metal and is highlighted by intricate, yet light, design features. All this supports the idea of the home as a space of beauty, comfort, and safety.
The spacious designer lobbies are distinguished by discreet luxury. The finishing is made from expensive materials: copper, natural stone, and textured glass. Atmospheric lighting is installed. The walls incorporate metal and travertine-look porcelain stoneware, while the floors are laid with natural marble.
Ceilings in the lobbies reach heights of up to 7 meters. Each building in the Life Time quarter includes a reception desk with a concierge ready to assist with any request. The stylish and cozy waiting area features bespoke designer furniture, along with a storage room for strollers and kid’s bikes, and a guest restroom — all this makes the lobby yet another fully-functional living space outside the apartment.
In the lobby bar, residents can enjoy a coffee or take it to go, or spend time having pleasant talks with neighbors. The entrance to the lobby is at the ground level, making it convenient for parents with strollers and kids on bikes and scooters.
Life Time is beautiful even from the inside: elegant evacuation stairs and spacious parking – everything is made in a single style. Every interior is thoughtfully crafted down to the smallest detail, including the Clubhouse infrastructure center, which brings together facilities for sports, socializing, and leisure for adults and children of all ages.
