Other notes on the show;

In Dublin, rental values are now 30% higher than at the Celtic tiger peak. Across the six episodes a variety of buyers, sellers and renters are followed as they face the lack of supply and affordability.

With location still a huge determinant in values there’s a widening gulf between property in urban and rural areas.   We meet sellers struggling to off-load their losses, while some first-time buyers, priced out of their preferred locations, find more space and better value in the commuter belt.

Winner of “2018’s Most Outstanding Interior Design Specialist – Dublin” (LUX Life Magazine), Natasha has recently featured on TV3’s The Elaine Show, Pat Kenny and in an array of glossy magazines. This sassy, yet self-professed ‘design nerd’ – even her initials are NRD – has recently starred in the third season of the hugely popular property series, ‘Find Me    Home’.

Natasha specialises in ‘Staging-To-Sell’ and in each of her projects channels an opulent look. Yet, with one realistic foot firmly kept in the affordable high-street range, exemplified by her association with high-street homeware brand, Harvey Norman.

Natasha’s great-grandfather, Egidio Rocca was a renowned Italian tiler who restored the Four Courts and other historic buildings. Her grandfather Patrick founded Rocca Tiles, so stylish interior design is very much in her blood. Supported by these design roots she launched an interior design website to share her staging services along with interiors and lifestyle ideas and inspiration; theinteriorsnrd.com.

Natasha’s speciality in interior design is STAGING-TO-SELL. Staged homes spend less time on the market, up to 73% less in some cases, and post-staging can be increased by up to 5% of the pre-sales price.

Natasha’s TV project for RTE ‘Find Me    Home’ increased the sales price by 10% and the property sold in four weeks. Her previous collaboration with prominent estate agent, Owen Reilly, saw her apply her expertise in design and staging to renovate a three-bed penthouse at Grand Canal Dock.

‘Less lad pad, more city smart’, was the maxim The Interiors NRD took to transform the property, explaining the process of staging which she took as ‘logical’, with a ‘splash of creativity’.

Prior to setting up her own business, Natasha was based in Los Angeles, where she worked as an estate agent and designer on a luxury real estate portfolio in California. Bitten by the interior design bug and recognising her natural flair for style and design she developed “The Interiors NRD”, interior design and staging business.

Natasha works with property agencies and a number of private and commercial clients in Ireland and the UK while taking time to write and share her interiors knowledge with her 28k followers on Instagram and Twitter.

On top of all this she fits in guest speaking, radio items, article writing and philanthropy through her support of The Simon Community, The Peter McVerry Trust and Focus Ireland.
