The complex consists of three towers of 35, 44, and 45 storeys, rising from a shared C-shaped podium. The Islington Terrace residences have claimed the title of being the tallest towers to grace the Islington City Centre skyline.
The interiors act as a celebration of a new community with a stunning 18-foot art installation that resembles a beautiful burst of confetti. This iconic piece in the main lobby serves as a gateway into the residences and gives the illusion that it’s constantly moving. The room is balanced asymmetrically with a signature feature staircase that leads the residents to the second-floor amenities. A Concierge is on duty to greet guests and welcome residents home.
With family in mind, our design team created year-round amenities, including a basketball court, spinning room, and fitness studio with custom graphics wall coverings, party rooms, lounge rooms, a large interior pool with a Jacuzzi whirlpool, and change room that feels like a luxury spa. This ensures residents can exercise, entertain and enjoy through all of Canada’s seasons.
Tangerine orange, fuchsia pinks, cobalt blues and deep purples are infused throughout the space with custom art pieces paying homage to the lobby décor and its interior architecture. These unexpected design elements have been well received by all who live there.
Lighting plays an important role in our design and how we illuminate key areas in the space. Our studio worked closely with the landscape architect who completed the exterior amenities program so there’s great connection between the outside and inside spaces.
Only the highest-grade materials were used for the build, giving this mid-market condo a luxurious look and feel. The three towers have brought new life to the community and will certainly inspire its residents and guests.
