Consultation is priority – from a warm welcome at the reception, through personal conversations in a relaxed atmosphere of lounges, to entire discretion in a central „Cone“. A room with selected clear elements which offers a new safe yet airy consulting experience and visually incorporates the logo of Deutsche Bank.
With its strong internal and external effect, the „Cone” forms the central customer advisory zone in each branch. Its glass elements carry the slash of Deutsche Bank‘s logo within the corporate colours and make the brand visually and haptically tangible.
It embodies the promise of the logo: growth (slash) in a stable environment (square). The „Cone“ is the architectural translation for the confidence, stability and competence of Deutsche Bank. Through the interaction of transparent and opaque elements the „Cone“ reflects the openness of Deutsche Bank in its actions and recommendations and simultaneously expresses their principles of discretion and trustfulness that one can expect from a bank.
In addition to the “Cone“, a variety of consulting spaces are created to suit different customer needs and expectations. From an open café bar, through modern lounges, to highly intimate consulting areas. Therefore, customers can choose a space in which they would like to be consulted based on varying degrees of privacy.
All locations have one thing in common: a high-quality environment and top-quality materials. They reflect the emphasis Deutsche Bank puts on placing the customer and premium consultation-services centre-stage.
The new, inviting and spacious interior architecture clearly serves to improve the customer experience. The architecture allows an even more personal contact.
The new branch concept is designed in a way that it can be adapted to all types of branches, from self-service points to flagship solutions. Depending on the existing floor plan, the furniture and design elements can be used modularly. Although each branch can be furnished individually Deutsche Bank will always be recognised due to the holistic design approach, which emphasize the personal relationship between the bank and their customers.
