The project site is located in Tiaoxi Park, with a good view of the landscape. GWP design combines the green space of the public park with the commercial landscape, complementing each other and infiltrating, using the front-line waterfront landscape to increase the commercial value. Considering that the surrounding area is mostly residential land and commercial land, and lacks comprehensive characteristic commercial experience area, the planning caters to the consumption demand of surrounding residents, while paying attention to the humanities and art atmosphere, and creates characteristic community. GWP combines the MINI MALL with the slow life block to create a new cultural and artistic life complex that integrates slow life, nightlife, energetic life, art life and creative life.

In terms of architectural pattern design, GWP drew on the traditional settlement pattern and formed free, flexible and rich block space according to the corresponding environmental elements of the site, creating a dynamic and comfortable commercial experience. The urban interface and the natural landscape interface form different spatial patterns, making them in dialogue and coordination. The architectural form draws on the architectural form of local traditional Hui-style dwellings, extracts characteristic elements, and reinterprets the architectural form with modern materials and architectural techniques, so that it contains local cultural characteristics in modern fashion and forms a dialogue between the new and the old.

The project will be completed at the end of 2021 and put into use at the beginning of 2022. After completion, it will integrate into the commercial leisure industry with a new lifestyle and lead the new life of leisure fashion for all people in Lin ‘an. It has become a new landmark of Lin ‘an commercial space with one scene and one feature.
