The office is located in Qingpu District, Shanghai, the office park is an important project of Xicen Science and Technology Innovation Center in the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone, and the office park draws on the planning concept of Boston, USA, through the zigzag and rich landscape road network, to create a central waterfront square and a core radial “square town” park. In terms of space design, a variety of design languages are used to create a comfortable, warm and healthy office environment for elites from all over the world.

The lobby’s background wall is made of fashionable brandy marble and white oak wood finish, and the shape is embellished with bronze metal, taking advantage of the height of the floor to create a spacious and elegant space environment, combining classical shapes with modern elements.
The design of the office area adheres to the principle of “people-oriented”, and we use white oak wood veneer and wallpaper to create a sense of comfort, so that employees can feel at home as soon as they enter the office area, transforming the cold building into a multi-dimensional space full of creativity, concentration and collaboration, so that the space is not only a place to work, but also a place where inspiration and creativity occur.
In order to meet the needs of sound absorption and noise reduction, we use a lot of fabric soft bags in the manager’s office to block sound wave transmission and reduce echo. Neutral colors are also preferred in the design to make the office space more stable and comfortable.
Pantry is one of the social centers frequented by employees, in order to ensure the safety of employees, it is decorated with non-slip floor tiles that are both waterproof and conducive to cleaning, in order to create a warm atmosphere, unlike the common LED cold light in the office, the pantry uses 3000-4000K warm light to create a more relaxed space for employees.
The brightly colored roof and wood-colored floor make a relaxing coffee bar, and employees who have been sitting at the indoor workstation for a long time can come to the coffee bar with their colleagues to sit and take a break from their daily work to enjoy a mellow coffee.
Natural light through the glass curtain wall unobstructed into the conference room, making the whole space bright and transparent, allowing employees to feel the light change, out of the consideration of meeting privacy, the use of translucent glass on the outside glass partition to ensure the communication, proposal, training needs of employees.
