Jois is the premium class residence and is considered to be a landmark of the area. The unique form of the towers is one of its own and Jois itself is an ultimate architectural masterpiece. The main feature of the complex is green stepped terraces that proves that open terraces can be used in Russia’s climate. Spectacular view opens from the terraces and green spaces add more of the beauty to it. The creative director Andy Snow explains that it looks like the skyscrapers «grow» from the ground and move dynamically from the bottom to the sky.
In addition to the residential complex there will be a spacious park and a yard that will be connected to the buildings. The part of the public services will include children’s infrastructure, picnic zone, promenade by the water and numerous recreation zones. In the residential complex itself there will be jacuzzis and a pool with a panoramic view.
