The modern three-storey building, in accordance with Sminex’s original approach to creating an ideal living environment called Fine Development, has been thought out to the last detail. A separate entrance to the school grounds has been arranged directly from the Life Time quarter’s park. The architectural appearance of the school, due to the narrow hinged elements, refers to the image of a bookshelf. For the facades, the developer uses high-strength glass fibre concrete and tempered painted glass – stemalite. Stained glass windows with a height of 2.6 meters make the comfortable classrooms with a capacity of up to 20 people bright and cozy.
The school building has a canteen, a doctor’s office, a gym with showers, a library, and an assembly hall.
The underground level of the building accommodates technical and auxiliary facilities. On the ground floor, there is a kindergarten with separate entrances, a cafeteria with a dedicated loading area, medical and administrative offices, the school lobby with an open cloakroom, and a security room.
The second floor accommodates classrooms for first-grade pupils along with a playroom, a gym with changing rooms and showers, a coach’s office, a storage room for sports equipment, and an assembly hall.
The third floor accommodates the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade classrooms, a computer lab, the Multimedia library, reading areas, a gym and an assembly hall.
The project provides for environmentally friendly and harmless construction and finishing materials, and is designed in compliance with evacuation regulations, including for people with limited mobility.
The landscaped area of the school covers 4,500 square meters, with 1,800 square meters dedicated to greenery. Lawns, trees, shrubs and hedges will be planted.
The school site accommodates areas for recreation and active games for the first grade, areas for recreation and active games for the 2nd-4th grades, a sports and development area, and a quiet recreation area. All areas are equipped with small architectural forms, including a shade canopy, benches, swings, seesaw swings, a carousel with benches, climbing and play structures, and a spring rocker. The school territory is closed off with a 2.5 m high metal fence. The project developer is Sminex, the perfectionists of Fine Development. The company creates ideal homes — inspiring, comfortable, beautiful, and offering top-tier service.
