The design for the first residential tower, which rises 31-storey in the sky, breaks away from the conventions with its organic, leaflike architectural details on the soaring facades. Inside, the art of living is raised to new heights. A timeless composition of elements, materials, and furnishings in warm tones and delightful textures creates a harmonious feel for wellness. The precise attention to detail and quality cohesively begins at the entrance, continuing to the resort-like amenities and the urban oasis of each suite. For each suite, there are also provisions for cutting-edge automation, enabling residents to control temperature, lighting, or other items from their smartphones.
Bright and calm, the interiors evoke wellness, comfort, and luxury. They include carefully-designed living areas, spa-inspired bathrooms, and stylish kitchens. A harmonious composition of quality finishes like natural stone, customized millwork, and metal details sit against the floor-to-ceiling windows with generous balconies. Beyond the captivating views, present a picturesque frame of the posh ravine, heavily forested residential neighbourhoods, and the city’s skyline. Setting a new standard, the development also features The Park Club™, 55,000 square feet of light-drenched, indoor amenity space with an extensive program of fitness, wellness, leisure, high-tech co-working spaces, private daycare, kid’s club, an arts/craft studio, pet spa, virtual game rooms, a bowling alley, two rooftop terraces, and a social hub.
Highly sustainable and innovative green initiatives are integrated throughout the complex. They include reflective solar panels, a green roof, a thermal building envelope, a next-generation mechanical system, and EV (electric vehicle) charging stations for every parking spot, promoting safe, clean travel. Comprehensively, these features, along with the complex’s thoughtful design, make a place at par with utopia in Toronto.
