Lihu Future City, located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China, is the core area of the Wuxi Taihu Lake Bay Sci-Tech Innovation Belt .
The project utilizes AI to carry out urban design at the block scale innovatively.
Through AI technology, spatial form, land layout, traffic, etc. are preliminarily created, then optimize it with manual correction, and finally the scheme is verified and optimized through intelligent deduction technology, so as to improve the scientificity .

The other feature of the plan is to organically combine the demand of urban innovation and communication with the beautiful lakeside space, integrate it into the overall landscape environment of the city, and provide a public and humanistic waterfront space for the city.
The main idea is following:
- Provide main sci-tech innovation service and space for innovation communication, and implant the driving force for development; Create iconic spaces with super high-rise buildings and world-class waterfront spaces.
- Based on the current water system, the project create twelve scenic corridors and two landscape belts , introduce lake scenery into the city, and establish a harmonious dialogue between Lake and City.
- With the structure of “three axes and three bays” and the spatial layout of great sparse and dense , the project aims to establish an organic relationship between the site and the natural-cultural landscapes of Lihu, and finally create an ideal scene of landscape city.
At present, the construction of Lihu Future City has been fully carried out, and projects such as roads, green spaces, exhibition centers, and water treatment projects have begun to be implemented. The 380 meters high landmark building has been signed and will soon begin construction.
