Few decorations are often enough to endow space with personalities. The resonance between a city and its built environment is influenced by the times and local cultural context, and reflects the city’s taste and aesthetics. For this project, the design team incorporated “water” elements and the undulating form of mountains into the space. In this way, the project reshapes the modern “slow” lifestyle with contemporary Oriental aesthetics, and presents the change of seasons with modern expressions.

Stepping into the foyer, visitors will immediately immerse in a poetic scene of “mountains”. History and culture can not only enrich people’s daily life, but also breed aesthetics of an ideal life. For this project, the design team integrated the space with art, and created a central axis to add a sense of ritual and elegance. The design interprets a low-key artistic atmosphere, and achieves a harmonious fusion of modern aesthetics and nature.

Without excessively complicated forms, the negotiation area and the water bar are mainly designed with “water” elements in various shapes, such as drops, splashes, ripples and waterfalls. Drawing on the dynamic flowing trend of rivers, the design team devised a poetic scene that integrates “water” and “sky”, and created a tranquil space yearned by modern urbanites.
