We have created a new office environment for Nippon’s new retail office, covering an area of 600 square meters.The design aims to create a dynamic environment that enhances interaction between teams and also provides private spaces for people to focus on their work.
The overall design is dominated by open office areas, promoting a shared and collaborative work atmosphere.This design enables employees to work in different ways and methods, while encouraging them to communicate and collaborate with each other.

The large multi-function conference room can be flexibly used, mainly due to its unique office soft-fitting design, which mainly uses a combination of multi-function tables and chairs.Compared to traditional large conference rooms, this configuration allows the function of the conference room to be no longer limited, and can be used as a venue for training, events, and speeches in addition to large-scale meetings, fully improving space utilization.
The background wall at the entrance uses the Nippon corporate color – a symmetrical red and blue layout.Why did we choose this design?The reason lies in the transition color in the middle, which uses the Nippon Magic Paint Snowstone White Mountain Stream color, which highlights the corporate color of Nippon while also harmonizing the overall tone.
The walls of the overall office space have been largely designed using Nippon Magic Paint’s algal rock effect. This design is not only for aesthetic considerations.The greatest advantage of algal rock products is their strong resistance to stains and scratches, making them ideal for use in public spaces.For example, in our design, it is applied to a large area of the office wall.This is not only beautiful, but also practical, fully meeting the needs of public spaces for material durability and ease of cleaning.
Overall, this office design focuses on functional diversity and material practicality, and cleverly uses colors and materials to emphasize and express the iconic colors and image of Nippon Paint.At the same time, it also provides a comfortable and dynamic work environment that promotes innovation and collaboration among employees, laying a solid foundation for the company’s development.
