The existing complex will be demolished. The intervention area is in a strategic position due to its proximity to Palazzo Lombardia and Grattacielo Pirelli. The intervention area covered includes areas A+B, A corresponds to the area currently occupied by the building. It will host the new building. Area B corresponds to the existing building. This permanence, both from a physical point of view and for the activities carried out inside, will constitute a constraint to be considered in the design and planning of the construction phases. The project aims to design and built-in compliance with environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, the centrality of man and equity, the use of cutting-edge construction technologies and innovative and eco-sustainable materials, the use of sustainable mobility and all the most modern design standards. The project proposal involves creating an inner courtyard space surrounded by three towers, to open blocks and connected them as the pedestrian path for circulation. The area, with good public transport links and pedestrian connections, will attract people to come and enjoy a calm and intimate atmosphere. The architectural complex arises from a horizontal urban dimension and culminates with a high-rise (+100 m) towards Rosellini. The verticality is emphasized by a backbone made up of double and triple-height green terraces, recognizable from the outside, which unfolds in a large hanging garden roof on the roof of the low body. The continuous relationship with nature generates a biophilic building where sustainable architecture and the quality of the interior spaces promote personal well-being.

From urban point of view, the analysis of the context and the critical issues encountered were the starting points for the design of the intervention area. After defining the new accesses to the area, we moved on to the design of the lot, through soft lines and organic features that refer to the forms of nature. These signs characterize the lot both in plan and in section, with paths on the ground and at high altitudes, from which emerge three buildings that will accommodate the required functions.
The creation of new connections within the lot defines three fulcrum areas from which the vertical development buildings branch off and a new aggregation area for the city: AGORA’. The project buildings are identified in three independent towers that dialogue as a single architectural organization. From the design of the landscape two platforms rise, with soft and organic lines, which connect the three buildings on two different levels, recreating shared green areas.
