YUIMOM Group’s four restaurants are designed to resonate with the ephemeral seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The concept of this space is Spring, which for us represents the beginning of a cycle. For that, we used the metaphor of the Big Bang. In a very simplified way, that theory says that energies converge to a certain point, creating an explosion that later formed matter and life in the universe, and even time itself. It was suitable for a space that represents a new beginning, a new cycle, to be related to such a visually rich theory.

The Starlit Sky Bar, or SS Bar. Spring is a stylish restaurant that seamlessly blends contemporary art with technology. We opted for fluid yet dark spaces, with geometric shapes in bronze, which, with the help of light effects, mirrors and LED panels with video art, stood out and represented various parts of the Big Bang cycle. The entrance is divided into two areas: the cocktail bar area surrounded by LEDs that creates a feeling of cosmos, and the wine bar area with the formation of the planets. The multimedia wall further features a fascinating video of the Big Bang, the beginning of the universe, using sound, lighting, and visual effects to spark the imagination. The name “Spring Begetting,” also represents the beginning of the four restaurants- S.S.A.W.
