Patisserie – Summer – A breeze by the sea.
SS Pâtisserie. offers a healing experience for guests in search of the ultimate mental relaxation. The space features a seaside cave of rocks, as a metaphor of stepping into bountiful treasure. If the consumers would like to gain access to and experience such wonder, just begin from choosing their favorite piece of dessert. In terms of space, it is divided into two distinct areas: the desserts display area with open kitchen, and the dining area, shaped like a gift box, waiting for the guests to explore each dish with surprise. To create a refreshing atmosphere, we have incorporated elements of freshness into the design of the space, including shapes, colours, tones, materials, and textures, which all contribute to the enjoyment of an enjoyable break from the hectic pace of everyday life.

Even though the space is quite open and fluid, that separation is very natural due to the different tones of each area. The lighter tones of the display area make the colors of the cakes pop out and the dining area has warmer and more colorful tones, mainly due to the beige stucco walls and the colorful furniture. This space of sand paint walls, with different organic beige layers, and blue marble floors represents the beating of sea water on the rocks, creating natural sculptures, or even caves. The fact that the patisserie sells state of art cakes, makes customers feel like they have found little treasures within a seaside cave.
