Facing Xiangshan, the natural scenery with a wide-field vision, it is as if sitting in an urban Arcadia. Designed by Yasumichi Morita, a well-known Japanese interior design master. To create a modern and fashionable space with Japanese aesthetics for The UKAI Taipei. In the Kappou area, the bright space just like the sun in the Milky Way illuminates Every planet. When you enter the Teppanyaki area, you will be greeted by the mysterious colors of the black series, and will also describe the fleeting gorgeous meteors as beautiful eternal memories making people feel like floating in the universe.
Combining “Ukai-tei”, the widely acclaimed teppanyaki, with the brand “kappou ukai” that has introduced Japanese cuisine to the world, we create “The Ukai”, the extension from the existing brand based on the prototype of Tokyo Roppongi store.
