Concept

The Royale revolves around the idea of seaside resort living, seamlessly integrating a yacht club design. The development consists of six buildings, each with meticulously designed entrance lobbies that embody the essence of “Seaside Resort Living” in every detail. From the exterior to the interior, the design is thoughtfully crafted to create a captivating coastal vacation ambiance. The combination of relaxation and luxury offers a unique and immersive experience, reflecting a deep understanding of the coastal vacation lifestyle. Attention to detail is paramount in The Royale, harmonizing architectural elegance and coastal aesthetics to provide an exceptional living experience.

Façade

The building façade design is meticulously crafted to reflect the theme of “Setting Sail.” Inspired by the graceful movement of sailing, the design evokes a sense of adventure and freedom. The white lines, resembling billowing sails, navigate the renowned “gold coast.” The façade seamlessly blends aesthetics and functionality, creating a visually striking and dynamic exterior. The theme of “Setting Sail” invites residents and observers to embark on their own journey of exploration, capturing the allure of the sea within a concise and elegant façade design.

Site Planning

The site planning of The Royale presents a challenge due to its complex topography. To overcome this, split-level configurations are utilized for the clubhouse, podium green area, and garden units, ensuring harmony with the terrain. Preserving existing trees and integrating landscape and playground within the topography require innovative solutions such as terracing, retaining walls, or elevated platforms. These measures seamlessly blend landscape components while maintaining functionality and visual appeal. The strategic placement of the swimming pool at the centre of the site creates a refreshing environment and explores water management practices for reduced consumption and sustainable operation.

Club Royale

The development’s stunning clubhouse, features yacht club-inspired design and over 20 exceptional facilities. Seamlessly connected to a communal garden, it offers a tranquil oasis for residents and guests. The landscape area is thoughtfully curated with a captivating four seasons theme, immersing visitors in a sensory journey throughout the year. Environmental conservation is also prioritized, with the integration of three existing conservation trees. Club Royale’s architecture combines sophistication, coastal charm, and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, providing an exquisite retreat for all who enter.

Detail

Attention to detail is evident throughout The Royale’s design. The towers’ curtain walls feature tilting white architectural elements resembling sails catching the wind, creating a dynamic and visually captivating effect. White tiles on vertical pipe ducts create the illusion of a mast, further enhancing the distinctive and unique building façade. At the podium level, the combination of white-coloured aluminium sun shading canopies and timber-like aluminium handrails creates a harmonious and cohesive sailing atmosphere. This design choice enhances the visual appeal of the space and reinforces the overall sailing concept.
