As a service center to showcase and promote the property, the project integrates the grand and glorious sense of the ancient canal into the space with a modern and simple avant-garde style. Located in Yangzhou, China, the flowing river there is translated into an abstract streamlining spatial language. Inspired by the winding ancient canal, the space design blends with the natural beauty of the city.

One of the design challenges is how to interpret the ancient humanities of Yangzhou and its natural beauty through modern methods. Unifying the spiritual core in the design is the breakthrough of this challenge. The biggest difficulty in the construction process is the arc shape that continues from the exterior to the ceiling, which is also the most difficult part to control. Through careful analysis before construction, the gap between renderings and completed effects is minimized to fulfill the original design expectations. Art paint has been applied to a large area of the wall because its texture can present a non-artificial natural feeling. Based on the breathable space, the natural breath is revealed, expressing the pursuit of minimalist beauty.
